One of the best things about our work is to meet new interesting people around the world. This week we had pleasure to have Wade Eastwood who is working at action movie industry. Here is small interview with Wade.
Who are you and what do you do?
I am a 2nd unit director/ Stunt coordinator/ Stunt man and racing driver
Did you find it useful to do rally school?
I wanted to learn race craft in a rally car, rather than just flicking a car sideways and looking like I know what I am doing. Getting stage times down through this gave me great understanding of modern rally cars and what they are capable of in mixed conditions.
What is the cooles stunt you or your team has done and to which movie?
Most likely the Airbus plane stunt on Mission Impossible 5.
What is next movie where we can see your work?
I am currently working on Mission Impossible 6.
Would you recommend RPF rally school for you colleagues and friends?
100% yes! My team and I will be back there again soon.
Learning race craft to a professional level, across all the disciplines of motorsport is important to me, as it is my passion first of. I also want to understand how much you can push certain types of vehicles on variety of tracks and terrain with different kind of set ups. You can never stop learning!
Thanks Wade, it was our pleasure to have you with us!
