Jan Dohmen Rally Team´s drivers Kees Burger and Mikko Lukka finished Sardegna Rally in 32nd overall. Rally was an adventure for Kees who attended Sardegna rally for the first time. Team´s Skoda Fabia R5 worked well in these extreme rough conditions, however small leak at powersteering caused retirement on the first day. Kees continued rally on Saturday with Rally 2. Most memorable moment of the race was definetely Kees´s big jump from Mickey´s jump. Kees landed behind 35m mark which was longest jump of the race. Mads Östberg did around 22m..
Kees was really happy to finish race. He thanks whole RPF team for good service in this rough race. Kees enjoyed rally and warmth of Sardegna people.
Jan Dohmen rally Team will now head home to Finland and next WRC race will be Neste Oil Rally Finland at the end of July.
